Regarding the display of names on the platform:

• Full names will be visible to Organization Admin and Suppliers to distinguish between sellers within the platform.
• Public-facing parts of the platform will only display sellers' first names and last initials to maintain a level of privacy.
• Rest assured, after the fundraiser's completion, we will promptly delete last names in order to further safeguard your privacy.

If you prefer to not have your child's full name available to your internal organization or supplier, you have the option to input the last initial instead. However, we do recommend providing the full name for administrative ease in product distribution while respecting your privacy preferences.
